【オペレーション】
接客スタッフが受付兼務で不在がちのため、入店まで待たされることが多い。
メインディッシュだけ和洋選択ワンオーダー制。
外資系ホテルのためか出入口が右側通行のようで床にも方向指示マークがあるが、無視されている。
【和食】
メインディッシュオーダーで焼魚を選択すると、添え物にじゃがいもが付くセンスは外資系ゆえか。
味噌汁が愛知ならではの八丁味噌。
ごはんは地元米で「あいちのかおり」。
きしめんがあるが、1杯分がとても少なく、乾燥してお椀に引っ付いている。
【洋食】
サラダ以外の野菜類が全くない。
ドレッシングが和風3種だけで洋風がない。
価格高騰のせいか最近他のホテルの朝食ブッフェではあまり見なくなったチーズが2種常備。

フルーツの種類は限定的。

料理が非常に取りにくいトングがかなりある。
入口の感染対策体温測定計はいつも作動しない。
時間帯によっては日差しがきつい席もあるので注意。
