中部国際空港駅徒歩圏内のマリオット系列ホテル、フォーポイントバイシェラトン名古屋２階のレストランです。
昼前にセントレアに用事があったついでに気になったこちらに来てみました。
朝食はビュッフェ方式です。
朝食終了30分ほど前でも目立つ欠品はなかったのは流石でした。
エッグコーナーは、オムレツ・目玉焼き・スクランブルエッグ。
スクランブルエッグは保温コーナーにもありましたが出来立て対応も表記があるのはありがたい限りです。
愛知らしい「もろみ味噌」を使ったオムレツはなかなかにおすすめです。
和食コーナーは手羽先など名物品もあります。
個人的には、できたて豆腐と肉団子が良かったです。
洋食(冷蔵コーナー)はサラダメイン。
チーズの種類が結構豊富なのは素晴らしいですね。
パンは低糖質のものがあったりと種類は比較的ある方かな。
クオリティーの感じ方は人それぞれかも。
しかし、愛知県らしく「小倉トースト」を売り込んでたりとなかなか上手い展示方法でした。
めちゃくちゃ種類があるわけではないですが少数精鋭の感じがして良かったです。
短時間でも楽しめました。
