半田にあるラーメン屋
10分前に到着。ポールポジション。
◆特製海老花麺
スープは桜海老のお出汁がよく効いており美味しい。
麺は細目で固めのストレート。博多ラーメンの麺のよう。このスープに合うのかな？
最後雑炊にするとスープが熱々になり、より桜海老の香りが引き立ち美味しくなった。
最初からスープがぬるいのが残念。
スープでも珈琲でもちんちん(三河弁)が好き。
