出張で、知多半田です。
駅からレンタカーで、移動。徒歩では、きついと思います。
こじゃれたトレーラーハウスのラーメン屋さんです。
よく、いろんなところに、バスを利用したラーメン屋さんがあったのを思い出します。
１１時３０分頃、着。すでに、カウンターは、埋まっています。
４名だったので、テーブル席に通されて、何とか着席。
私らの後は、行列が出来ていました。
淡麗塩をお願いしました。
地方の割に、９８０円と強気の価格。
５分ほどで着丼。
かなり、美味しそうです。
味変様に、ゆずと、ゆず胡椒が付属します。
まずは、スープを、かーうんまい。
麺は、細麺で切れもよく、歯ごたえも、のど越しもいいです。
柚子をいれると、また、さわやかになり、味が引き立ちます。
