半田に仕事にて、ずっと気になっていましたので同僚とランチに伺わせて頂きました。
特製海老花麺と鉄板追い飯のセットをオーダーしました。海老の出汁と香りの効いたスープに細麺が絶妙に絡み美味しかったです。チャーシューはローストポークのように柔らかく麺が進みます。
〆は、アツアツの鉄板にスープを投入して、『絶対に美味いやつ』が完成です。ワクワクしながら食べましたが、言葉は有りません。写真を見ればわかって頂けると思います。
