◎ 愛知県知多市の「麺屋びっぷ知多本店」さんへ。初訪問。パチンコ屋さんに併設。駐車場多数。
フォロワーさんのポスト画像に一目惚れして訪問。
家系ラーメンがメインのお店ですが、「あっさり鶏醤油らーめん」780円を麺硬めで。
麺大盛り無料との事でお願いしました。
やって来たのはそれはそれは麺線が美しいラーメン！
ラーメンでここまで美しい麺線はあまり経験無いです。
先ずはスープを。
アッサリ目の鶏ガラ醤油。
メンマの胡麻油がスープに香ります。
個人的にはこの胡麻油感がない方が好み。
麺は中細の低加水パツパツストレート。
硬めで食べ応えあります。
若干スープの温度が低く、出来ればもっと熱々が良いなぁ。
