知多市のラーメン屋「麺屋びっぷ」で食事。
場所は、知多市のイトーヨーカドーから東に向かい信号交差点にしの台4丁目を過ぎた右側で隣はパチンコ屋のプレイランドキャッスル。
席はカウンター席と座敷でカウンターには感染対策用の仕切りあり。
入り口脇の券売機で食券を購入して席へ。
外の看板に大きく横浜家系とあったが券売機には家系以外に鶏醤油ラーメンがあったのでそちらを葱抜きで購入。
鶏醤油らーめんのスープは澄んであっさり。
麺は中太ストレートで固くも柔らかくもない茹で加減。
叉焼は柔らかく噛むほどに味が出るもの。
美味しい一杯でした。
