お初のラーメン屋さん(^^)
11:00開店と同時に入店‼️
一番乗りでした‼️
注文はあれこれ迷ったけど定番の家系ラーメン¥800-にしてみました❗
先ずはチケットを購入します(*^^*)
カウンターと小上がりのテーブル席が2席ありますよ(^^♪
数分でラーメン到着❗
薄切りの大きめなチャーシュー1枚、大きなノリ3枚、ほうれん草が乗っかってます～
スープを飲んでみると少し塩気が強いですね…
ニンニクとしょうが入ってるのかな⁉️
麺は中太で腰はまずまずですね‼️
個人的には少し味が濃くて少し苦手な感じでした^^;
今回分からなくて麺の硬さやスープの濃さを普通にしたけど薄めにしたらちょうど良かったのかな⁉️
店員さんは凄く接客上手で気持ちよかったです(*^^)v
次はつけ麺を食べてみたい‼️
