知多郡東浦町の唐揚げ専門店「鶏笑 東浦店」で買物。
2021年10月25日開店のお店。
場所はJR東浦駅から名古屋方面に向かい直ぐの生路郵便局の向かい。
両隣は寿司屋と洋菓子屋。
店内飲食不可で持ち帰り専門。
初日とあって賑わっていた。
店の看板商品の鳥笑弁当とチキン南蛮、鳥皮唐揚げを注文。
待っている間にお店にあったチラシをみてみると「大分中津唐揚げ」とあった。
地方独特の味付けがあるよう。
家に帰って袋を開けると鶏皮からあげが入っていない(¯―¯٥)
電話すると謝罪してくれ後日再訪時に頂けるとのことで嬉しかった。
鳥笑弁当は唐揚げの胸、モモとチキン南蛮。
唐揚げは醤油味で胸肉も柔らかい。
モモは肉汁がジュワで胸の数倍上。
チキン南蛮は胸肉だが柔らかく食べやすい。
モモ肉に慣れた身には胸肉は今ひとつ。
味は良いのでモモ肉のチキン南蛮もメニューに加えてほしい。
