I went to #LinkDelMar the other day. The regular course was 3300 yen per person. The main was grilled lettuce salad, Seafood ajillo in a skillet, Ajillo baguette beef loin Steak roast chicken in a Dutch oven, and butter-grilled scallops and monkfish liver. It was Linkdel paella Seafood The paella was really delicious. I'm a bit of a novice, so I didn't know how to control the heat, and I wondered how long I should let it simmer. And while I was doing that, it got burnt. Well, burnt food is a thing lol. I made a reservation for the ocean site, but we were busy grilling, eating, walking around, and talking lol. We were so busy that we didn't have time to relax in the tent. It was 4 hours, so I felt like we needed about 4 more hours. It's amazing that you can buy Moet Champagne from a vending machine❣️, but if you drink Moet Champagne here, how will you get home? Of course, one of you is the driver, but since there's Moet Champagne, you'd want to drink it before going home. 4 hours isn't enough, is it? Next time I'd like to do it somewhere without tents.
