前回よかったので、間を空けずに訪問。
しかし、この日はダメでしたね。ウェイティングリストにて、前に１組との事でしたので待つ事にしたのですが、お客が帰ってもなかなか呼ばれない。小一時間経過して聞きに行って、ようやく席に案内されました。が、その途中片付けられていないボックスが沢山。完全に人手不足です。
更に、ラストオーダーまで間がなく短時間になるとの説明。
前回より肉質も落ちた様に感じました。
なんだかな、って感じました。
