お祝いごとがあったので、贅沢に…
と言うことでこちらのお店へ。
インパクト大な外観を撮影したかったけど
外装工事中で足場が組まれてる～。
残念だけど、外観写真はまたの機会に。
さて、お食事です。
牛タン、ミノ、カルビ、せせり、ホルモン…
色んなお肉を全て一人前ずつ注文。
美味しかったものは、またあとから追加注文で！
牛、豚、鶏、どのお肉も本当に美味しい！
牛肉はとにかく柔らかくてジューシー。
豚肉は臭みやクセがなく、脂は乗ってるものの
もたれる感じは一切ナシ！
鶏肉はプリプリ且つジューシー！
ミノだけはちょっとだけクセがあるなぁと
感じたけど、柔らかいお肉でした。
テールクッパの塩味が珍しいなぁと思い注文。
ですが、ちょっとアッサリし過ぎで
物足りなかったです。
やはり定番の醤油ベースの方にしておけば
よかった…というのが唯一の後悔です。
デザートのアーモンドアイスはザクザクの
アーモンドがアクセントになって美味しい。
杏仁豆腐も濃厚で美味しかったです。
食後のジャスミンティーのサービスも
嬉しいですね♪
口の中がサッパリしました。
そんなに頻繁に来れるお店ではないけれど
また何かのお祝いや記念日に利用したいです。
そして、値段を見ただけでスルーしてしまった
シャトーブリアンの一本焼きをいつの日か
食べてみたいと思います(笑)
