愛知県は豊田市にやってきました。
手作りでソーセージが作れるのが魅力です。
こんな感じで作っていきます。

この子、今自分が一体何をしているのか分かっているのかな。
モンゴルの岩塩とか、ウインナーミックス粉、マストバド粉（サトウキビから作った粉末の黒砂糖）を溶かした味付け溶液をあらびきミンチに加えて
ねりねりします。
ガーリック、黒コショウ、バジルなどを加えてさらに練ります
ウインナーメーカーに詰めて、
みみみみみみ・・・・と絞り出し、
長さを整えます。
ボイルし、切り離す。
おうちに帰ってから焼いて、
ビールとともにいただきました。
ナチュラルなお味。
本当に楽しかったなぁ。
