ウェブの情報で担々麺（坦々麺）が美味しそうだったので行って来ました。 「栄華麺（担々麺）」とメニューに書かれた担々麺と、餃子を注文。
運ばれてきた担々麺は、今は無き八事の栄華楼のそれに良く似ている。 スープの上に薄く膜をはった芝麻醤に叉焼２枚とサヤエンドウ数枚。
スープと芝麻醤を口に入れると良い胡麻の香りがするが、いかんせん芝麻醤の絶対量が少ないので飲み進むにつれて薄くなる。
麺はやや細めでつるつるしこしこと食感の良い美味しい麺。 パスタのスパゲティーニにも通ずる様な感じ。 （後から聞いたら自家製との事。） 叉焼もほろほろと口中で崩れる程やわらかい。
全体的に担々麺としてはパンチに欠けるが、わりと美味しい一品です。
餃子はやや厚めのもちもちした皮で、中身の具は野菜メインでしょうががアクセント。 食べ応えあり。 味も悪くは無い。
会計時にレジで栄華楼との関係を聞いたところ、やはりご主人が以前栄華楼で修行をされたとの由。 ただし、栄華楼が閉店する時に「栄華麺」の名を料理から外すように言われ、今は封印しているとの事であった。
