豊田市汐見町で気になっていた町中華に
タイミングよくランチで行ってきました。
心優しいおばちゃんが温かく迎えてくれて
店内はレトロながら高級感のある空間。
日替わりランチは、AとBの２種類があり
麻婆豆腐があったので即決で注文です。
◆麻婆豆腐ランチ（900円）
（ライス・コーン卵スープ・漬物付き）
麻婆豆腐は花椒が効いて、じんわりと辛く
しっかりコクがあり、ご飯が進む味わいで
ストライクに美味しいです！！！
ふんわり卵のコーンスープも深い味わいで
大陸系とは違う洗練された中華でした。
ちょっとボリュームが足りないと思ったら
これに担々麺小が付けれたのを後で知って
ショックですが次回は絶対付けます。
ごちそうさまでした。
