並びはありませんでしたが、店員さんが少なくちょっと待ちました。
大変忙しそうに動き回られていましたが、時々声かけしてくださり、気遣いを感じました。
うなぎと悩んで今回は猪肉のすき焼きにしました。
猪肉は冷凍状態だったので、一緒に盛られている野菜がくっついてしまって大変でした。
お味は臭みもなく、癖は少しありますが個人的には全く気にならず。
脂身もさっぱりしていて、タレの甘味ともばっちり合いました。
美味しいジビエ肉に満足です。
次回はうな重リベンジに参りたいと思います。
