今日も、昨日に引き続き、一人での夕食です。
連日エスニック料理ばかり食べましたので、今日はうなぎにしました。
このお店のことは、職場の人に教えてもらいました。
仕事が終わり、すぐに直行しました。
17時30分、この時間なら当然ですが、客は私だけです。
うなぎ屋らしからぬ清潔感があります。
うな重 税込2800円 にしました。
10分ほどで料理が出ました。
蒲焼のうなぎで、外はカリッと、中はフワっとしています。
皆様が口コミを書かれている通り、タレがあっさりしており、
うなぎのタレにありがちなくどさが一切ありません。
お吸い物のうな肝は、まさにレバーのような食感で、美味しく溶けました。
久しぶりに美味しいうなぎが食べられて良かったです。
