久々にしゃぶしゃぶ温野菜に行って来ました。
忘年会シーズン前の平日の夜でしたが、結構混んでいました。食べ放題があるからでしょうか。
今回は黒毛和牛と銘柄豚堪能セットにしました。
だしは、昆布だし、白湯だしに。
選べる〆もの、選べるスイーツもさーっと決めて・・・。まずは、塩キャベツが来ました。
野菜、トッポギ、湯葉です。
ポン酢とゴマだれでいただきますが、私はほぼポン酢でいただきました！
牛＆豚は一人一皿ずつ、来ましたよ。
つくねは、店員さんが入れてくれました。鶏つみれは3種類あり、オーソドックスな鶏つみれにしました。
〆ものは、雑炊に。だしによって、選べる〆ものが異なります。（だしによっては、選べない〆ものがあります。）
本当はきしめんがよかったけど、同行者の熱望により、雑炊となりました。
選べるスイーツは、マンゴー杏仁豆腐。
