Work in Toyota City continues. On this day, I had lunch in Toyota City. The restaurant I went to was ``Genki Cafeterias WAKU-ya''. The location is Toyosakacho, Toyota City. Restaurants is located on the first floor of Plaza Hotel Toyota, which is located next to Toyota Motor Corporation's headquarters. As expected, there is only a hotel, so parking is not a problem. The store is about half full. Order the roast beef bowl from the lunch menu, which is a popular item. As usual, I ordered a small portion of rice. It doesn't take long to provide. Roast beef bowl will appear soon. Thinly sliced roast beef spread over rice. It is coated with a sauce that appears to be soy sauce-based and mayonnaise-based, topped with raw egg yolk, and sprinkled with small pieces of green onion. Break the egg yolk and serve with the roast beef. Roast beef is cut into relatively thick pieces. The texture is firm, but the taste is... The taste of the sauce was too dominant, and the original taste of the meat was not good enough. Perhaps it was because there was less rice, but overall the roast beef bowl had a strong flavor and was disappointing. Next time I come to this restaurant, I don't think I will order the roast beef bowl.
