世界の山ちゃん・つばさや 等々、手羽先専門店は山程ありますが僕の愛知県での手羽先専門店のイメージは風来坊です。
久しぶりに愛知県に出張で来たので、「夜、接待が有りませんように～‼」...と祈り。（願い）
今夜は手羽先で一杯やりたいな～と思ってました。
仕事が終り、（ラッキー、接待無し！）
ホテルまで車で送ってもらい、チェックイン。
サッとシャワーを浴びて...
いざ、風来坊へ
生ビール・手羽先唐揚げ×2・どじょうの唐揚げ・大根サラダを注文。
とりあえず、1杯目のビールを一気で流し込み
「おかわり下さ～い。」
2杯目ビールが来て、しばらくして手羽先が来ました。
「これこれ、この味！」 ビールと最高の相性！
いくらでも食べれてしまう。
どじょうの唐揚げ・大根サラダも運ばれ、もう一杯ビールを...
「どじょうも、久しぶりだな～」、サクサク&たまにくる苦味が美味しい。
全て食べ終えたので、再度メニューを手に取り
「えっ、昔こんなにメニューあったかな～？」
昔は、手羽先・手羽元・ターザン焼・どじょう・+α くらいだったような...
今は居酒屋メニューもあるんですね。
また、愛知県に行った際はお邪魔します。
