This is Motsu Jiro, a Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) restaurant located in Sakuramachi, Toyota City. After watching Nagoya Grampus' first game of 2022 at Toyota Stadium, my son and I had a small launch. I remember using this restaurant with a client about 10 years ago, but I have no recollection of the taste at all. All I remember is that at the first of several drinking parties I went to, I drank too much and wasted the next day. Lol This time it's also a revenge. Since I have a son with me, I was worried about having only giblets, so I ordered giblet rose hot pot. The taste is like miso. The miso flavor in Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is somewhat surprising. First, let's toast with draft beer and juice! ! ! A toast to Grampus' victory. Phaaah, it's really delicious! It feels great. Then, copy the appetizer! horse! ! ! What is this appetizer? It's the best. The true identity of Otoshi is vinegar motsu. A crunchy and delicious snack. Sakura Yukke arrived next. The horse meat yukhoe has a melt-in-the-mouth taste. There's no way that raw meat, sesame oil and raw eggs don't go together. While I was eating snacks, the main character arrived. It is a hot pot with offal roses. The vegetables piled high in the pot are impressive. Lots of cabbage, bean sprouts, and chives. Heat it and wait carefully. The thick vegetables will gradually fall apart. It feels kind of fleeting. LOL Ask the staff to mix it halfway through, and once the vegetables are well submerged, it's ready. Rip off the long-awaited hot pot. It's said to be miso flavored, but the miso isn't that strong. It has a smooth taste and is easy to eat. I think the fat and sweetness of the offal melts out, making it mellow. Both the offal and the ribs are of poor quality, but at this price. Let me convince you of that. However, the soup was delicious and I was able to enjoy Ramen at the end. It was a feast!
