自家製麺の看板が以前から気になって居たお店にやっと行く事が出来ました。
平日の12時丁度位でしたが先客は2組とやや寂しい感じでした。
カウンター席に着きメニューを見ると特にランチらしい物はない様子でした。醤油・味噌・塩など色々メニューがあり、町の中華屋さん的な感じ。
定番である醤油をセット（ご飯＋餃子）で注文しました。
5分位で出されたラーメンはチャーシュー2枚にモヤシ・コーン・ワカメがトッピングされたシンプルかかんじ。さっそく中太のストレート麺を啜るとプリッとした弾力ある歯ごたえで食感が面白い。スープはシンプルな醤油味で可もなく不可もなし。セットの餃子は小ぶりだが8個有り味も平均的な感じでありハズレではない。
全体的には普通な感じであり特長がなくココでしか食べられない感じでは無かった。ファミリー中華的に思えば平均点だが自家製麺と看板にうたうラーメン屋としては厳しい点となってしまう。
