【2022.09.15何度目かの再訪】
過日、久々に豊田市大林町のらーめん 麺の館さんで、“中華そば 麺大盛(¥690-+¥200-)”を頂きました。
自家製麺のお店として周知のコチラのお店ですが、最近中華そばを始められた様子でしたので、早速実食に向かいました。
元々、野菜を中華鍋で煽ってスープで追い煮するスタイルの札幌ラーメン系のお店ですが、中華そばも同じスタイルなのでした！
炒める具材がございませんので、多分なのですがスープのみの加熱ではないかと？
スープは、鶏ガラとトンコツの動物系と根菜類の優しい当たりのノス系スープです。
麺は自家製色白中細縮れ麺で、若干柔らか目な茹で加減のツルツル麺で、スープど相まって優しい印象です。
トッピングは、“バラチャーシュー”“小口ネギ”“もやし”“飴色メンマ”“海苔”と王道ですかね♪
ランチタイムは、「ご飯」「小口ネギ」「香の物」「紅生姜」が無料サービスで提供されております。
今回は、「白飯」＋「紅生姜」でさっぱり！腹パンを狙います♪
皆さんは「中華そば」に対しての香辛料選択は何でしょうか？「胡椒」「唐辛子(一味)」「七味」？「豆板醤」何ての物もありますかね♪
今回は、「ラーメンコショウ」をChoiceしてみました。SBさんのテープルコショウ的な風味でして、狙い通りの仕上がりでした。
