豊田市にあるネギいちラーメンさんに訪問です。
こちらの豊田店以外に、三好本店、元町店、鳴海店と店舗がある様です。
外観・店内は昔ながらのラーメンショップ系の佇まい。
お客さんも土地柄か、年齢層高めでブルーカラーの方が多くなっています。
この日注文したのは、ネギ味噌ラーメン¥850です。
昼時のピーク時のため提供にも少し時間を要します。
しばらくして到着。
最近あまり見なくなった、スパイシーな細切りネギが大量に乗ったフォルム。
濃厚でコクのあるスープは決して凝った仕立てではありませんが、安定の美味しさですね。
麺は細麺ストレートでネギ以外のトッピングは、チャーシュー、メンマ、海苔です。
ラーメンショップ系のネギらーめんはなぜかクセになる味わいですね(実はラーメンショップは未訪問ですが…)。
また訪問したいです。
