Hello, this is Nekosan. Tsutsumi-cho, Toyota City. Taiwanese miso and twice-cooked pork rice. Oh?! The menu is the same as Fuhua... I wonder if it was like that before too. It's been a year and a half since my last visit, so I'm not sure. I don't remember, but it was thriving in this environment. There were two people on the floor, and they had so many customers that they couldn't keep up with the sales. The Taiwanese miso was on the light side. No chives, no chili peppers, minced meat but not much. Lots of vegetables. That said, it was mainly cabbage and bean sprouts, with a bit of carrot. The twice-cooked pork rice was also different from what I imagined. No sweet bean sauce flavor, not spicy, but the pork was big. The sauce was thick, and it was more Chinese style. Thank you for the meal.

Hello. Nekosan here. Toyota city. Taiwanese miso and mapo rice. I've had both before. Oh well. Although it's called Taiwanese miso, this is just regular miso Ramen with a thin layer of minced meat on top. It's not very spicy and comes with boiled vegetables on top. The soup is Taiwanese Ramen soup with miso dissolved in it. It has a strong vegetable Ramen feel. The mapo rice is normal as usual. The taste is a little on the high side. It's the equivalent of two bowls of rice, so if you're used to larger portions, you might feel it's not quite enough. There's more Mika. Overall, whatever you choose is good, so I'll come again.
