伊移動中、まんぼう発令で20時には晩飯難民になってしまうということでサービスエリアで食事をとることに
寄ったのは東名下の豊田サービスエリアのあかつき食堂
味噌カツとカレーが人気のお店
とりあえず地元名物ということで味噌カツ定食をオーダー
でも、甘い味噌ダレたっぷりは苦手なので味噌別皿でオーダー
ちゃんと通してくれて別皿で味噌を用意してくれた
カツはインジェクション肉かと思うくらい柔らかな豚肉
部位も安いところだろうが、酵素処理なのか？わからないけどとにかく柔らかい
肉の味は薄いのだが、この柔らかさだけでもまあまあ良い感じ
味噌ダレは予想以上に甘口でびっくり
別皿で出してもらって良かった
サービスエリアでこの値段でこのボリュームなら納得
