豊田にしかない人気チェーン店台湾けんさん四郷店へランチ訪問です。お店は商業施設エリアにあり、周りにはいきなりステーキなど飲食店に囲まれています。
さて、注文は満腹セット（880円）。台湾メン、からあげ2個、餃子2個、半チャーハンのセットになります。台湾メンは麺が特徴的な中太縮れ麺。かなり縮れ率の高い麺で、食感が面白いです。辛さを１～１１まで選ぶことができるため安心です。スープは醤油ベース。ミンチ肉がやや多めです。チャーハンは作り置きを温めた感じ。ごく普通のチャーハンでしょうか。餃子も普通に美味しい餃子。からあげは三河醤油からあげ。モモ肉をギュッと丸めたからあげで、思ったよりもジューシーに感じました。
全体的には味仙とココイチをファミレス化したような印象。オペレーションを効率化することに力を入れている気がしました。ただ、ランチはセットメニュー中心であまり融通がきかない内容になっていたので色々なメニューを試したい場合は夜訪問のが良いかもしれません。あとは、「熱々」にもう少しこだわってくれたら嬉しいかな。
お店としてはなかなかユニークで人気が出そうなので今後は豊田以外にももっと多店舗化していくのかな、と感じました。
