【2021.05.19 何度目かの再訪】
本日は、豊田市上原町の台湾ケンさん 四郷店さんで、“台湾カレー 並(¥715-税込)”を頂きました。
台湾まぜそば発祥の店、麺屋 はなび 新山氏が考案したと言われる、新感覚名古屋めし 台湾カレー(台湾まぜそばのカレーライスver.)を久しぶりにchoice。
構成具材から「キーマカレー」と混同しがちですが、使われている「台湾ミンチ」「刻みニラ」「小口ネギ」「卵黄」とニンニクがpointで、似て非なるものに仕上がっております。
ニンニクは入れるかどうかを、オーダー時に確認してくれます。
その時の体調とシュチエーションでご判断下さい。
しかし、個人的にはニンニク入の方が、数段旨い！と思います。
台湾ミンチの鷹の爪がそこかしこに散見されますが、見た目の印象ほどの辛味は感じられません。
スパイスの香りや辛味が、台湾ミンチの辛さと旨味に大変調和していると思います。
盛り付けられているお皿が、以前より直径が短く深皿になっている為(内容量は同じ)、小さく見え「台湾メン追加オーダーしょうかな？」と思いましたが、思い止まって諦めて正解でした。
結構、お腹に効きましたね♪
