休日の12時頃お邪魔しました。
先日、市駅の本店で食べたばかりですが、そのときはつけ麺を頼んだんですよね。
美味しかったのですが、「やはり台湾メンを食べるべきだったなぁ」という心残りもあったので、昼食に迷ったこの日、そういえば四郷に台湾ケンさんがあったなと訪れてみました。
入店してカウンターへ。
セットメニューにざっと目を通し、特製台湾メンと小ライスのセットを麺大盛り、辛さは5辛でオーダー。
クイックメニューだけあって、わずか3分で着丼。
海苔、ニラ、ゆで卵、メンマ、台湾ミンチ、チャーシューが載った豪華な台湾メン。
スープは5辛にしたけれど、そこまで辛くはありませんね。
ただ、卓上に辛味噌があるので、それを追加すれば好きなように辛さを増すことができますし、味が薄いようなら辛さではなくコクを増すようの辛味噌もあるので好みの一杯にすることができます。
麺は中太縮れで、これがなかなか良い麺なんですよね。
スープに合っていて、とても美味しく感じます。
初めて特製にしたんですが、チャーシューはなかなかの厚み。
柔らかいのでペロリと食べれます。
セットの小ライスは本当に小サイズで、男性なら2〜3口で食べ終わってしまうほどの小ささ。
小でももう少しサイズアップしないと、さすがにみみっちく感じてしまいます。
せっかくラーメンが美味しいので、こんなとこで悪い印象を持たれないようにしたほうがいいかな。
台湾メンは相変わらず美味しかった台湾ケンさん。
