お昼を食べ損ねたため、夕方にラーメンをいただきました。
メニューを見る限りホルモンが乗ったラーメンがメインのようでした。
しょうゆを注文。
ラーメンの上には炙りホルモンが乗っております。
かなりの歯ごたえw
麺は半透明に透き通った太縮れ麺です。
山形ラーメンみたいな感じですね。
個人的にはホルモンが余計かなって思うけど、好みの問題かな。
