New specialty. Mane Sukiyaki style. Luxurious cuts of Tomosankaku, a rare part of Kuroge Wagyu beef. Grilled slowly over low heat with homemade sweet and spicy miso based on Hatcho miso. Serve with egg yolk.

Raw sea urchin from Hokkaido has a rich and sweet taste that goes well with white rice. We carefully select and purchase only the freshest eggs. Marbled horse meat cut into easy-to-eat pieces. This is the ultimate egg-fried rice that you can only taste here.
