高山レビューの途中ですが一旦途中停車して特急列車を何本か通過させていただきます。
名鉄豊田市駅前にある豊田T-FACEのB館８階レストラン街に２０２０年６月にオープンした韓国料理とスイーツのお店、休日のお昼に利用してみました。店内はカウンター６席とテーブル６卓、それにソファ席５卓ほどの席数、１１時少し過ぎくらいに入りましたがほかにお客さんは４組ほどでしたが１２時近くなるころにはほぼすべての席が埋まっていました。
メニューは大きく食事とスイーツがあり、食事は石焼ビビンバやスンドゥブ、冷麺、チーズタッカルビなど定番の韓国料理が。スイーツはパルフェやスフレパンケーキ、ワッフルカップティラミス、豆花に愛玉子など韓国スイーツを中心のラインナップです。
今回は食事ではなくスイーツ目的での訪問、パルフェと迷いましたがストロベリースフレを注文、そのストロベリースフレはスフレの上にたっぷりのホイップクリームといちご、間にもいちごホイップをサンドしてあります。かなり傾いた状態で出てきましたがコレはこういう仕様なんですかね、見た目的には結構雑な印象を受けましたけど(^^;)
結局自分で補修して写真を撮ってからいただきました、味の方はふっくらした食感のスフレで普通に悪くはなかったです。
