名鉄豊田市駅前にある商業施設T-FACEのB館9Fに２０２０年１０月２１日にオープンしたお店、さっそく週末のランチで利用してみました。店内はテーブル１０卓程度にお座敷席とあり、１１時１５分ころに入りましたがすでに多くのお客さんで賑わっていました。
コチラの店舗は三代目ふらり寿司とお台所ふらりの２つのブランドが同居しているということでメニューはそのブランドによってお寿司メインと定食メインに分かれています。今回はお寿司の方がお目当て、三代目ふらり寿司のランチメニューは税抜き１０００円からの四季の握りランチが３種類に炙り寿司に天麩羅が付く炙り天麩羅ランチ、それに２６８０円で握りに天麩羅と土瓶蒸しが付く旬の極み握りなどがありました。
その中からいただいたのは握り７貫にカリフォルニアロール、手毬寿司、玉子焼き、あんかけ茶碗蒸し、みそ汁が付いて１５８０円の特上四季握り。甘みたっぷりの生ズワイガニにふっくら柔らかく煮られた穴子、なんとも贅沢なトッピングのされたサーモンの手毬寿司などはすごく良かったですね、大トロは大トロにしては脂のノリが弱く感じましたがとろけるような脂はしっかりで全然美味しかったし、一部少し残念な感じのネタもありましたが、とは言え値段からすれば十分すぎるほど満足度の高い内容でした。
当日飛び込みでも注文できる６０分１８００円、時間無制限２８００円の単品飲み放題の日本酒利き酒コースなんてのもありました。夜にいろんな日本酒を楽しみながらお寿司をつまむなんて使い方も良さそうですね、機会があれば今度は飲みにも使ってみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
