先日刈谷で行った、お店の系列店
個室肉割烹轟さん、
今日は豊田店に。
提携の駐車場に車をとめて、お店に向かいます。
店内、個室に案内して頂き、
乾杯〜
こちらのお店は、低音調理されたお肉が、
メインの肉割烹。
生肉、レア好きな方には、もってこいなお店。
お通しは、早速
低温調理された牛タンにネギとレモン添え。
生肉ラバーとしては嬉しいお通し。
メニュー眺めていろいろ注文していきます。

これにも低音調理されたお肉がたっぷり。

十勝牛らしく、柔らかく噛むごとに旨味溢れます。
☆低音調理和牛ハツ刺し 680円
食感がよく、とまらない。
仕込みに3日かかるみたいです。
☆厚切りサーロイン 1,480円
これも低音調理されている為、スタッフの方が
さらっと炙ってくれて頂きました。

真っ赤に食欲そそる牛カツ、これは絶品。
☆ミート高崎の牛肉コロッケ 480円
これが、めちゃくちゃ美味しいコロッケ。
牛肉の甘さが際立ちます。
☆甘辛牛煮の焦がし醤油炒飯 750円
肉がゴロゴロ入った、贅沢な炒飯。
この炒飯美味しい〜
☆極上牛ひつまぶし1,080円
ひつまぶしスタイルで頂きました。
お出汁とわさびがやっぱりたまらない〜
