I ordered these which looked delicious. ◎Beef Suki Shabu Two types of meat, beef brisket and shoulder loin, were served at a nice stand! Enjoy the meat in shabu shabu style while Sukiyaki. Add egg yolk! It was so soft that I could eat as much as I wanted. This is also a specialty ♡ ◎Exquisite smooth chawanmushi at 79°C It was so creamy and smooth♡ It was jiggly and very delicious. ◎Zabuton Sukiyaki You can have a large piece of Zabuton, a rare part, grilled right in front of you~ Wrap it in bite-sized rice and add the yolk! The meat was soft and delicious~ I ate it with ease. ◎Fried cartilage I wanted a little bit of salt, so I ordered it! The portion is large and the texture is crunchy and delicious.
