20/12/12にOPENしたオシャレカフェです。
可動式の壁が開けてあり解放的なグレーで統一させた店内には、
カウンターに6席と3席、テーブル席が6卓ほど。
テラスもありBBQができるようなテーブルも。
2階もありますがまだ使えないとのこと。
専用の駐車場はありませんが、
豊田市のフリーパーキング加盟店でサービス有りです。
ランチは1300円で、今日の前菜盛り合わせとスープ、雑穀米。
選べるメインはお値段そのままのチキン、プラス100円のフィッシュと、
プラス200円のビーフの内容です。
ドリンクは別料金で200円、デザートは300円。
セットで50円引きになります。
そこで、今日はカンパチのフリッターというフィッシュをオーダーです。
ホットのコーヒーとデザートもつけました (^_^;)
まず、スープと前菜。
スープは血糖値の上昇に利くというスーパーフードの菊芋 ♪
そして前菜にはなんと、フォアグラの燻製まであります O(^▽^)O
他には、モルタデッラ、トマトソースで和えたお豆、
タマネギのパンナコッタ、ゴルゴンゾーラムースのカナッペ、
ポテトサラダ、人参のマリネとサラダのラインナップ。
メインのカンパチのフリッターはトマトソースがけ。
ソースがなくても充分に塩気があり、サクリとイイ感じです。
お皿には素揚げの蓮根や紫大根などもありますが少し寂しく、
もうひと品くらい何かあるとさらにイイかな。
雑穀米は他のお店ではあまり感じない美味しさがありましたよ。
デザートはガトーバスク。
ほのかにアーモンドとカスタードクリームの風味。
外と底はサクリ、中はシットリの食感が嬉しい(^^)
