It's Bistro that opened in October 2022, just a 5-minute walk from Toyotashi Station.It seems like it used to be open nearby, but it seems like it's been relocated to this location and renovated.It's a holiday night. I tried using it. Inside the restaurant, there were 4 counter seats, 4 tables, and a private room that could accommodate about 10 people. I arrived just after the store opened at 5pm, so I was the first one in, but after that, several groups of customers with reservations came in. The menu has a variety of appetizers, pasta, risotto, pizza, Meat Dishes, and other very attractive items, and I get the impression that the prices are not too expensive. First, we ordered an appetizer platter and a crab cream Croquette appetizer platter was a pretty solid platter.Not only was there a wide variety, but it also included meat and fish, such as bacon and sautéed red sea bream. Everything was delicious, including the crispy skin and plump red sea bream, the extremely juicy bacon, and even the pickles, all to my liking. For the pasta, Prosciutto peperoncino and gorgonzola carbonara, but the appetizer bacon and crab cream Croquette with tomato sauce was delicious, so I chose amatriciana. As expected, the tomato sauce and bacon were really good. The tangy black flavor. The pepper gave it a nice kick, and it was quite filling and satisfying, so it was quite good.
