22/11/29 豊田市に愛知県初となる「たけろくらーめん」の、
うま味わけ店舗がオープンしました。
わりと小洒落た店内はカウンターに6席、4人テーブルが6卓と6人テーブルが1卓ほど。
現金かペイペイが使えます。
駐車場はすぐ前の元城駐車場が便利、フリーパーキング加盟店なので
3時間無料になりますよ。
今日は「牛塩らーめん」850円をそのままで頂いてみました。
これは、牛すじを煮込んだ白湯スープの塩ラーメンです。
麺は中太の平打ち、そこそこの歯応えですね。
チャーシューは牛モモを低温調理したヤツが2枚。
あとは、カイワレとネギというシンプルな一杯。
ちょっと濃い味かな、隠し味にバター? が入ってると思い
聞いてみると入っていないとのこと。
う～ん、これは何の味なんでしょう。
まぁ、可も無く不可も無くといったところでしょうか。
