自分の想像していた場所と少し違いました
彩花亭さんの北隣にあるお店です
たまたまこの辺りにお邪魔する機会があったので
開店翌日に追随して訪問してみました
ありがたいのは向かい側の
市営駐車場が無料になる事
店に掲示もでてますので
確認して車を停めました
お店に入るとしーんとしてます
開店から１番目の客だったようですが
こちらから
空いてますか？と声掛けてから
やっと、いらっしゃいませという声が...
うーん、その対応は違うでしょうと思うのですが
まだ慣れてないのかもしれません
カウンターに座ります
メニューあら海老味噌ラーメンを注文します
北海道ラーメン感のするメニューです
ラーメンには硬さの選択もあるのですが
これも何も聞かれません
ということはきっとふつう が出てくる
のだろうと勝手に納得です
スープは確かにエビ感はあるのですが
インパクトには少し不足気味
海老か味噌かどちらかが主張しないと
少し物足らないのかも
叉焼も大きいのですが
ぱさぱさ感があるのが残念だったりします
お水は空のコップと
水ポットを置いてくれ
注いではもらえなかったです
観ていて一生懸命やられている感じは
わかるのですが
まだこれからのお店なのかも
そんな事を感じました
お酒も飲めますし
色々食事もできるお店です
これから楽しみですね
