新しいラーメン屋さんができたということで行ってきました。
豊田市役所の横にありまして
立地条件はなかなかがいいかな？

目の前の 駐車場利用できます。
十二時頃来店です。
私が入った時は一人目でしたが、
次から次へとお客さんがやってくる感じでしたね。
牛塩ラーメンを麺大盛り、カタメンでオーダーすることにこの珍しい 牛スジをスープに使ったラーメンはあまり、
愛知県では馴染みがないので、
どんなんが出てくるか楽しみです。
待つこと８分ほどでラーメンが到着です。
熱々のスープがなかなかいい感じじゃないですか？
飲んでみますと
しかと 牛の香り 出汁広がりますがな
麺は平打ちで僕も好きなタイプ、しこしこ噛みごたえで美味しいじゃありませんか。
上に乗ってる低温調理モモチャーシューは、
チャッチャと食べた方がいいですね、
1枚最後まで残していたら、スープの温度でしっかり火が入ってしもた。
このくらいあったかいスープの提供はとても良き

またまた牛塩ラーメンが食べたくなりやって来ました
日曜日の昼十四時前という時間に来店です。
さて、
店内入りますと、先客なし
私1組だけとなりました。
メニューを見てみますと、居酒屋メニュー、大陸系中華のメニューが 増えてますわなぁ:(´◦ω◦`):
早速メニューをオーダーすることに
もちろん前回食べて美味しかった、
牛塩ラーメンにチャーハンと唐揚げのセットを付けることにいたしました。
皆さんがいろいろと疑問に沸いている、
提供時間ですが
今日は オーダーから
ラーメンが約八分ほど、
チャーハンが約十五分、
唐揚げが約二十分とちょいと、
やっぱり提供に時間かかる感じはありますね。
しかし出来たての熱々が、提供されると考えると悪くはないかなと思います？（時間ある場合）
厨房からは、
チャーハンも鍋を振っている、カンカンカンとした音をするし、唐揚げも熱々とかりかり揚げたての提供ﾟ。

牛塩ラーメンは相変わらず美味しく平打ちの便がもうたまりませんわな、盛り付けも綺麗ですなぁ。
チャーハンは 塩加減 パラパラ具合良し
唐揚げは 大陸中華系 味付けな 大ぶりなやつ。
食べ応えは 満点かな？！
