日曜日、バスケ観戦前に伺いました。
この日はすごく寒く、さっと食べていこうとお店に入ったら席は空いているのですが、片付けができておらず「少しお待ちください」と入口前で5分以上立って待ちました。
やっと席につき、海老味噌ラーメンをオーダーする予定でしたが、席につく前のやり取りを見ていてかなり提供に時間がかかりそうだったので、シンプルな物の方が時間がかからないと思い「白味噌ラーメン」をオーダー。
この日は多分、厨房１人、ホール兼盛り付けの1人らしくオーダーして20分してもまだきません。
さらに次から次へとお客さんは来て、私同様に入り口で立ってだいぶ待たされ席についてもなかなかオーダーをとってもらえない状態。
途中、私の後に来た方で席についてオーダーしたが待ちきれず帰られた方もいました。
さすがに30分待ってもまだ来なかったので、本当に困って「まだ時間かかりますか！」と言ったらすぐきました。
ラーメン自体は美味いかったとは思いますが、予定もあり全く味わって食べる事もできず慌てて店を立ち去りました。
この日は、たまたまだったのか？
それともラーメン＝早く提供してもらえる？考えが甘かったかわかりませんが、せっかくラーメンは美味しくても提供時間やサービスがあれではちょっと残念だと思いました。
時間に余裕のある方はいいと思いますが、時間がない方にはあまりお勧めできません。
