豊田市に有る「たけろくらーめん」に行って来ました。
場所は豊田市元城町に有ります。
「たけろくらーめん」はラーメン界のカリスマと言われる、
竹麓輔（たけろくすけ）がプロデュースするお店。
竹麓輔は北海道発の味噌ラーメンチェーン「むつみ屋」の創業者でも有ります。
私が調べた限りでは、「たけろくらーめん」は、
愛知県内では「豊田店」のみの様ですね。
お店に着いたのは12時を僅かに過ぎた辺り。
36席有る店内は空席が目立ちます。
注文は口頭で。
私はお店の「おすすめ」でも有り、
この月限定で2割引きの値段で供される、
牛塩らーめんをお願いしました。
注文から5分程で、牛塩らーめんが到着。
スープは国産牛のスジを弱火で煮込んだと言う清湯。
塩の角も無くまろやかで優しいお味なのですが、
しっかりとした牛の旨味が感じられます。
美味しいスープですね。
合わせる麺は平打ちで細かなウェーブが掛かっています。
この麺も良いですね。
適度な歯応えと喉ごし。
スープの持ち上げも良く、麺自体に旨味も有ります。
トッピングは低温調理した牛モモ叉焼、葱、貝割れ大根。
この牛モモ叉焼がなかなか侮れません。
完成度の高い一杯だと思います。
次回はもう一つのおすすめメニュー、
創業時の醤油らーめんを試してみたいですね。
