A Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) shop opened in January 2023 about a 5-minute walk from Toyota City Station, and I used it on a weekend night. There is also a restaurant in Hoshigaoka, and I wanted to go there as well, but this is the second store that I visited first. The restaurant had 8 counter seats, 3 tables, and 2 tatami mats, and although I entered after 20 o'clock, it was almost full and crowded. The menu included Grilled skewer kini Fried Skewers such as yakitori, Fried food such as fried chicken, and rice dishes such as tori mabushi and chicken white water soy sauce Ramen. Among them, we received Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) liver and thighs, Fried Skewers shiitake mushrooms, Utsunomiya ham cutlets, and charcoal grilled cod. First of all, the liver and this are served with homemade plum meat, but it is exquisitely cooked with a moderately rare feeling, and it has a taste that you can feel the sweetness without any peculiarities, and it is rare to eat it with plum meat, but this goes well with it. Next, I thought the price was 364 yen, which was expensive, but when I saw the skewers that came out, I was convinced, and it was insanely big. The taste was tender and juicy, and the taste of the sauce was really good, and I really liked it. The Utsunomiya ham cutlet is a thick and satisfying ham cutlet, and it was the first time I ate Utsunomiya ham cutlet, but it may be an exaggeration, but it has a soft texture that melts, and you can enjoy the coarsely ground meat and the flavor of the meat, and the plenty of tartar sauce is also a high point for mayora. And the charcoal-grilled cod and the thick and plump cod meat are delicious, but the generous burdock sauce that is also the base of it, this is really good, and this alone can be used as a knob. If this was on the menu as a snack, I'd order it, and the crispy green onions were also doing a good job and were very delicious. I thought it was a normal yakitori restaurant, but to be honest, I was surprised that the Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was delicious, and the dishes were also wonderful. I had to go to the shop in Hoshigaoka, it was a feast.
