豊田スタジアムに行く前に寄りました。
土曜の昼だったので記帳がびっしり埋まっていましたが、回転が早く、思ったほど時間はかかりませんでした。
1人で、1人席が空いていても、記帳順を優先して通していくスタイルのようです。
「八丁味噌煮込みうどん」を注文すると、うどんは硬めか柔らかめかと聞かれました。
味噌煮込みうどん特有のアルデンテが苦手な人もいるのかもしれません。
調理にかかる時間は同じと言われましたが、硬麺の方が食べるのに時間かかりそう、と思って柔らかめを選びました。
提供も思ったより早く助かりました。
しかもとっても美味しかったです。
他のお店で食べたものより、甘さ控えめですっきりとした味噌です。
大きい椎茸がまた美味しい。
他のメニューも食べてみたいと思うお店でした。
