心地よくてオシャレで素敵
目的である鴨汁蕎麦を選択したが美味い！
蕎麦屋の鴨は何処もありがちな感であまり好まないが
鴨の火入れがラーメン店でよく有る低温チックな感じで
肉質もとても良い！
何枚も有るので少しずつ鴨肉に露が入り
また、鴨肉の旨味が露に溶け込む変化を楽しみ
最後迄美味しく頂いた！
そばは仄かな香と少し柔らかな食感で
露との相性は良い！
女性店員さんの接客も丁寧で優しい！
