岡崎市観光の際のランチに来訪 実は老父の誕生日祝いに予約した 店内は広く テーブルにはカトラリーが見目良くセットされている ジビエコースの始まりだ 前菜はエビと桃を使ったもの 豪華な盛り付けムース仕立てで喉越しスッキリ 果物の甘味が上品味わいだ
スープは冷製ポタージュ 茄子のアイスクリームが飾られていて、これまた手の凝った作り アイスクリームが口の中で一瞬で蕩ける とても美味しかった
魚はイサキのポワレ あっさり柔らか白身魚に濃厚ソースが良い組み合わせ パンもこちらで焼いているのかな❓香ばしく旨味があって無限♾️にハマりそう
老父はアルコールが進む 酒類もお料理に合うものが色々揃っている
メインはジビエ 何でも設楽町の鹿との事
思ったより柔らかく、臭みが無い 独特の食感や
味に野生の恵みへの感謝の念が湧いてくる
付け合わせの夏野菜もたっぷりで、ボリューム満点だ
デザートはクリームブリュレ 定番だが、パリパリカラメルも甘くコーヒーと一緒にじっくり味わう
お店から父へのバースデーデザートのプレゼントがあり とても喜んでくれた
