I was looking for a restaurant around Higashi Okazaki and it seemed to have good reviews, so I stopped by for the first time. The location is along the Oto River, about a 2-minute walk from Meitetsu Higashi-Okazaki Station. There are 6 counter seats, 3 table seats, and a private room in the back. The atmosphere is relaxing with jazz music playing. The atmosphere is more like a small restaurant than Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Therefore, the age group seems to be a little higher. The menu has a wide variety of drinks, but the food menu is small. The order looks like this. ★Assorted sashimi ★Barley pork skewers with sauce ★ Organic Food salad from Suzuki Farm ★Hanayu pork loin (grilled with salt koji) ★Dashi-rolled egg ★Kaku highball ★Homemade Hassaku sake All the dishes were delicious, but the portions were a bit small. Maybe a little. If you eat a full stomach, you'll feel quite hungry. I think the Hanayu pork loin (grilled with salted malt) was the most delicious. I also wish there were more food menus. Thank you for the meal.
