このお店の、自家製お豆腐料理が好きで、時々足を運びます。
和風創作料理店だけれども、店内はjazzがかかっていて、大人なお店です。
店員さんの接客も、落ち着きがあり、気配りも感じます。
朝晩冷えてきたせいか、温かいものが食べたくて、天恵美豚の豆乳しゃぶしゃぶ鍋を
注文しました。暑い夏は、ポン酢でさっぱりしたお鍋が美味しいけど、
この季節は、鶏がらスープの豆乳鍋が一番好きです。
サラダも、天恵美豚つゆしゃぶサラダ 温玉添えも、胡麻ドレッシングと
とても合っていて、美味しかったです。
