By chance, I was invited by the shop. The location is 3 minutes walk from the north exit of Higashi Okazaki Station. A creative Japanese-style meal restaurant with exquisite handmade tofu. When you take off your shoes and enter the store, you will see a vertically long structure and a modern Japanese space. All seats have sunken kotatsu seats, so you can relax. This time, we had the restaurant's recommended menu, and you can enjoy not only the famous tofu, but also the ``creative'' dishes that make you wonder how Western dishes can be arranged in a Japanese style. What you definitely want to try is the store's specialty tofu. ``Dekitate Yose Tofu'' is a firm tofu that brings out the sweetness of the soybeans, and when served with the shop's special mix of salt, it was delicious and harmonized with the sweetness of the soybeans. The ``Mochiri Sasadametomu'', which is only available for 5 meals a day, is surprisingly chewy! The tofu has a nice scent of bamboo, and when served with sweet soy sauce, it tastes like mitarashi dango. Other, the dishes delivered directly from Hakodate Bay include many shellfish toppings that are hard to find in Okazaki, as well as interesting Creative Cuisine such as Japanese-style caprese and Japanese-style Ajillo. Also, the "Asparagus Yuba Maki Tempura" has a refreshing taste and is very delicious when served with ponzu sauce. The inside of the restaurant is not a noisy Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but a stylish adult atmosphere with casual jazz music. Recommended for tofu lovers and health-conscious women, but it also has a lot of meat, fish, and vegetables, so I think people of all ages can enjoy it! The staff is polite and makes you feel welcome, so we recommend it for any occasion, such as a date, a drinking party with colleagues, or a girls' night out.
