On this day, I stayed at a hotel in Okazaki during my Tokaido walking trip. I was looking for an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) near Higashi-Okazaki Station, but there are a lot of chain restaurants in this area, so I found this place! I couldn't find a restaurant called that, so I decided to visit this tofu restaurant, which seemed to have a lot of personality. Perhaps they didn't really expect to be a single customer, but all the seats were box seats, and I was seated in a horigotatsu seat for four people. First, he explained the menu, focusing on Tofu dishes, and although most of the hot pot dishes were for two people, he also said that he could make them for just one person. Well, in the end I didn't eat the hot pot. First, we had the recommended Tofu dishes freshly made tofu. I was told to use either salt or dashi soy sauce, but the sweetness and flavor of the soybeans really stood out, and I felt it was better to eat it with salt. The salad type was too much for one person, and they couldn't handle half-sized portions, so I ordered the ``black chicken tataki salad'' that even one person could eat, but it was still quite a portion. was. Also, it was a shame that the tataki black chicken was crispy. However, the owner of this shop loves Japanese sake, so the fact that they had a wide selection of sake from a lot of different places was a plus for me. The best way to use this restaurant is to have a sip of tofu and sake. Especially if you are alone. The tofu was really delicious. Thank you for the meal.
